Key Responsibilities
Operations:
- To oversee the overall operation of the Centre and report to the Directors
To hold weekly meetings with the directors and staff- Maintaining of centre according to licensing criteria on a daily basis.
Manages, directs, and maintains records on the materials, supplies and equipment which are necessary to carry out the daily school routine.
Curriculum:
- To conduct curriculum meetings every month
To vet event / field trips / or any other proposals before submitting to the Director for approval- Checking of teachers lesson plans and evaluations on a weekly basis, termly checks of all students files, activity sheets and workbooks as well as conducting annual lesson observations of teachers.
Human Resource:
- Planning the roadmap of staff according to ECDA skills framework
Conducting appraisal of staff three times a year
- Provides activities which facilitate the professional growth of the centre staff and enhance the quality of the instructional program.
To key in new staffs records, ensuring that the documents, forms and medical have been fulfilled.
Enrolment:
- To conduct school tour and introduce new parents to the school and see through the enrolment process.
To build and maintain enrolment of the school to its maximum capacity as much as possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,
- 00 - $6,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay
