Job Scope:
- Plan and implement curriculum and activities including songs, games, and storytelling, to support children's development and learning
- Establish and maintain routines, and provide positive guidance to promote good behavior and self-esteem in children
- Monitor children's learning progress
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Observe and assess children's development individually.
- Guide and supervise Assistant Teachers and Classroom Helpers to ensure effective teamwork and high-quality care
- Perform other related duties as required by the program and management
Requirements:
- ◈ Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or Diploma in Pre-school Teaching
