JOB ROLE:Join Solomons Porch Singapore (SPSG) leadership team as our Childrens Ministry Director (CMD). We're dedicated to creating a safe and engaging environment where children (ages 18 months to 12 years) can learn about the gospel message.
- Lead a team of volunteers in delivering our children's program during worship services, classes,and events.
- Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for various roles within the Childrens Ministry.
- Ensure a warm, friendly, and secure learning environment for children and families.
- Utilize child development expertise to guide curriculum selection, event themes, and teacher training.
- Communicate effectively with staff and church leaders about the needs of our children's program.
- Assist pastors in supporting families involved in Childrens Ministry.
- Attend regular meetings and contribute to the life of the SPSG community.
- Fulfill other duties assigned by the pastoral team to support the church's administration and growth.
