Children Swim Coach

1. Job Scope

• Provide and nuture children's love of water and swimming
• Manage safety standards and close supervision of children
• Plan and execute lesson plans
• Opportunity to be promoted to Manager
• Only 20 hours per week of work, around 4 to 5 hours per day

• Basic Salary of $2500 to $4500
• Attractive Monthly Incentives to increase your take home to $4000 (50% of coaches hit this tier)., $6000 (top 20 percent of coaches hit this tier)
• Opportunity to promote to Manager after 2 years
