Key Responsibilities:
. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
. Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
. Serve food and beverages in accordance with our high standards.
. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining area and service stations.
. Assist in setting up the dining area before service and cleaning down after service.
. Communicate effectively with both the kitchen team and your fellow FOH team members to ensure seamless service.
. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
. 1 year of work experience required in this role.
. Singaporean or Permanent Resident status preferred.
. Previous experience in a waiter or runner role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
. A passion for food and beverage, with a keen interest in chinese cuisine.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Part Time Salary Rate:
Up to $18/Hour
Full Time Salary up to $2500
