We are a Chiropractic clinic
, looking for _friendly, mature and hardworking individuals_ with excellent customer service skills to assist a doctor and patients in a chiropractic clinic. This is a full-time position and requires weekend (Saturday only) availability. Will ONLY consider those who have experience as a Chiropractic Assistant. Singaporeans/PRs only- Fluent English is a must.
Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty.
- Answering phone calls & schedule patients appointments
Managing patient flow and multi-tasking- Following up with patients
Assist the doctors in the day to day operation.
- Keeping the office clean & presentable at all times.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Good interpersonal skills- Must be able to speak & write in fluent English
Strong ability to multi-task
- Computer Literacy is required
- 5 days work week, rest day on 1 week day & Sunday off
Mon: 9am-
- 30pm
Tues: 9am - 6pm
- Wed: Closed
Thurs: 9am - 7.30pm
Fri: 9am - 6pm
Sat: 9am - 1pm
