Present solutions to customers, preparing technical proposals and cost estimates.
Stay updated on market trends to address customer business and technical needs, identifying new products/services to enhance existing solutions.
Collaborate closely with technology and business partners to cultivate and expand relationships.
Transition completed projects to the post-sales team.
Retain and upsell our services to customers.
About the Requirements:
Essential SME-level knowledge (CCNP).
Minimum 2 years of IT experience in Network & Data Centre solutions.
Proficiency in one or more of the following areas is advantageous: Cisco Data center technologies, Network security (Firewall, VPN, etc.), Cisco ISE, Cisco WLAN.
Strong business acumen with a keen interest in staying current with technology trends.
Experience in customer-facing roles is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong consultative skills, including effective communication with customers at all levels and the ability to identify and help close new opportunities within existing clients.
