Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Oversee project milestones, track progress, and deliver timely updates to management.
- Assist in evaluating completed work and monitoring variation orders.
- Review and coordinate contractor submissions, including drawings and documentation, providing feedback as needed.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and project acceptance.
- Perform routine QA/QC checks to verify adherence to the organization's pecifications.
- Partner with the contractor's safety team to conduct regular safety inspections and address on-site safety concerns
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Strong background in civil and building-related construction projects.
- Experience with M&E (mechanical and electrical) aspects in construction is preferred.
