Job Duties and Responsibilities:Civil Engineering Construction Supervisor
- As a Civil Engineering Construction Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be to ensure that teams work together to deliver quality work within strict deadlines.
- You will also monitor all construction processes and provide training and team-building sessions when required.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, performing equipment material and routine site inspections, and scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff will also be part of your daily duties.
- You will work closely with architects and other professionals, stay up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction, and assist with the recruitment and training of new staff.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Must be available to work on public holidays, weekends, and the night shift if required.
- Excellent communication skills, focus, calmness under pressure, and expertise in site documentation and preparation are essential.
- Must also be willing to work beyond regular working hours.
Conditions: Sundays and Public holidays need work based on client requirements.
