- Responsible for the implementation and compliance of the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Lead and managed a team of QA/QC Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors to assess the quality of work of the project.
- Trained the Project Team in Good Construction Practices.
- Trained the Project Managers and Department Head on quality issues, non-compliances and Client's feedback during the construction process.
- Planned and managed Project Team and Subcontractors to ensure that the construction works are of the highest quality to achieve high CONQUAS score and Quality Mark (QM) score.
- Liaised with BCA for QM assessment and CONQUAS assessment, including structural, architectural and M&E works. o Collaborated with Clients, Consultants, Managing Agent/MCST and Homeowners to ensure a smooth handing over of the common areas and units.
- Developed and implemented Quality App to simplify the recording and communication process of defects for rectification by subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Possess ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor Certificate is a must
- Able to lead and work independently
