1) To verify and process financial claims in accordance with stipulated policies and guidelines such that claimants are compensated fairly and according to established service standards.
2) Process claim application
3) Checks for disbursement
4) Exception handling and refunds
5) Attend to escalated enquiries on claims
6) Collation of data / information / statistics for regular reporting
7) Provide administrative support
8) Undertake additional tasks as assigned
1) At least A level or Diploma holder
2) 1 to 2 years of working experiences (preferably) in processing claims, disbursement and refund
3) Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)
4) Must uphold strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information
5) Detailed and meticulous
6) Diligent and committed to meet deadlines
7) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel
