2) Verify invoice and/or documents for disbursement.
3) Handling exception cases and refunds
4) Attend to escalated enquiries on applications and claims.
5) Collation of data/ information/ statistics for reporting.
6) Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
1) Degree in relevant discipline, or diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
2) Experience in public sector grants and claims processing would be an advantage.
