1) Verify correctness and completeness of claim against checklist and/or supporting documents.
2) Prepare claim memo and create claim in the system.
3) Attend to escalated enquiries and liaise with external parties for clarification
4) Collation of data/ information/ statistics for reporting.
5) Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as assigned
1) Degree in business or equivalent, or diploma in business with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
2) Experience in public sector grants or claims processing or handling of grant disbursement would be an advantage.
3) Good interpersonal and communications skills.
4) Good problem solving and critical thinking skills.
5) Meticulous and details oriented.
6) Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
