JOB SCOPE:
. To form part of a team dedicated to desk top claims handling for insurers and self-insureds
. To manage from first notification of loss to settlement of Accident & Health, Property & Casualty claims
. To assess policy liability and determine quantum
. To adhere to strict Service Level Standards
. To Liaise with Brokers and Policyholders
. To keep records of accurate and up to date data
. Provide a high level of customer service
. Request financial payments externally
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
. Degree/Diploma level education
. Minimum 1 year of working experience in Accident & Health claims
. Candidates without working experience in Accident & Health claims but experience of medical claims may also apply
. Candidates with medical knowledge will have an advantage.
