Role and Responsibilities:
- Process incoming calls and claims documents promptly
- Contact ceding companies/brokers on incomplete information provided in claims documents
- Conduct audit trail check on fellow colleagues entries
- Assist to extract and input data for Loss Reserving
- Authorize debit notes payments within limit assigned
- Register/adjust outstanding loss provision, where necessary
- Compile reports as and when required by Section Head
- Any other projects or duties as assigned by Section Head
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Strong numeric skills
- MS Excel and Word knowledge
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally with general insurance knowledge
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
