Job Description:
o Safely transporting company staff to and from dormitory as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
o Assisting with the loading and offloading of materials at factory and site.
o Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction daily.
o Promptly informing the company of any traffic offence tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
o Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
o Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
o Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and goings.
o Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management of the company.
o Perform duties such as collection of cheques from client office and depositing to the bank.
o Assist in ad-hoc duties instructed by Supervisor / Management.
Driver Requirements:
o Valid driver's license
o Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
o Clean driving record (e.g., no demerit points, no outstanding traffic offences)
o Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
o Familiar with local roads and routes is a plus.
o Ability to utilize Google Maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
o Effective communication skills with workers
o Punctual and reliable
o Able to work independently
o Will have to work on Saturday and Sunday if required
