Cleaning Operation Executive

Requirements:

- With hands on practical experience in commercial and home cleaning environment

- Minimal O Level education

- Good communnication skills In English and Mandarin

- 5.5 Days work and occasional public holiday when required

- Able to work under pressure

- Class 3 would be advantageous

- MS Office knowledge

- Hardworking person, energetic, organized, respectful and takes initiative

Job Scope:

- To ensure cleaning crew adheres to safety measures on site

- To assign, supervise and coordinate cleaning duties to cleaning crews

- To be 24/7 responsive to emergency deployment of manpower and calls

- To do daily checks on cleaning site, cleaning equipments and standardization of equipments

- Covering of manpower (hands on cleaning) when needed or as assigned

- Perform replenishment of stock from the warehouse to cleaning sites

- Onboarding of new staffs onsite and floaters

- Address concerns and complaints from customer and discuss with manager on resolution

- Perform any ad-hoc work as assigned
