Cleaning Operations Manager

Scope Of Work

Manage and accountable for the Cleaning and minor hard FM repair or replacement such as sanitary, Light fitting and Fitting & Fixture for any contract as assigned by the Company, as and when.

Duties & Responsibility

• Provide leadership to his team assigned to perform the works required as stipulated by the Service Buyer.
• Maintain a high level of safe and work discipline within the team.
• Provide guidance, coaching and/or training to uplift the level of skill competency of the team.
• Ensure work process conformance with Standard Operation Practice (SOP)
• Achieve high level of performance standard as required by Service Buyer.
• To adopt progressive innovation to optimize work/ labour productivity.
