Cleaning Operations Manager

Job Description

• Support the Operations and coordinate, scheduling, and supervise cleaning site staff.
• Responsible to inspect job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
• To attend to clients complaints promptly.
• To resolve employees problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
• To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners.
• Ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed on time.
• Able to be hands-on when the situation requires and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors
