CLEANING SUPERVISOR

6 Days week, 7am to 4pm

Requirements:

• Able to converse in English
• Cleaning supervisory experience
• Experience in using cleaning machines will be an added advantage
• Responsible and responsive
• Positive attitude
• Experience in reporting to clients
• Takes Initiative

Brief scope of work:

• Manage site of about 7-8 cleaners i.e. deployment matters
• Perform hands on cleaning work
• Perform regular cleaning inspections
• Provide guidance to cleaners on cleaning tasks
• Plan & execute periodic cleaning schedule
• Conduct daily attendance check ins & outs
• Attend to client feedback / incidents promptly and professionally
• Take before-after photos of completed cleaning
• Provide customer with regular updates on completion of cleaning task / schedule
• Report to Operations Executive / Manager on administrative matters promptly
