Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise & assist a team of crew on site.- Maintain & control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.
Assist the Manager in maintaining up-to-date asset list.
- Assist the Manager in scheduling for jobs & holiday leaves.
Monitor performance & absenteeism of crew.- Ensure that appropriate PPE are worn by crew.
Prepare overtime rosters for approval by the Manager.
Ensure company policies & standards are met by crew at all facilities.- Liaise & monitor work done by outsourced contractors.
Other duties as assigned by the Manager or the Management.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking).- Physically fit (requires bending, lifting of heavy items).
Good communication & organization skills.
Honest, responsible & reliable.
Work location: Islandwide
Working hours: 6 days work week
