As Store Leader (Click & Collect), you will be taking decisions and fully responsible for a store, including the strategic planning, market research, choice of products, recruitment, coaching and development of your own teammates. You will also be responsible for forecasting your revenue, planning your costs and committing to a bottom line. In short, you will run your business in autonomy.

Your mission :

• Analyzing your target market, using data driven tools to provide the right product offer
• Delighting customers/sports users and showing the example by being on the field
• Recruiting, managing and developing your dream team
• Forecasting, budgeting your business and taking decisions to reach your targets
