CLIENT ACCOUNT SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:-

• Account servicing and provide sales support to clients and supermarkets
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and specifications
• Handling of customer orders and ensuring they are processed and fulfilled on time
• Engage and work closely with clients on products marketing and promotional activities
• Engage and work closely with Operations, Logistics and Merchandising team to provide good products and services
• Active participation in department and business review meetings
• Assist in any other ad-hoc activities as assigned

Requirement:-

• Minimum Degree with some related experiences preferably in FMCG/Retail industry
• Good team player and positive attitude
• Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• 5.5 days work week, public holidays as per scheduled
