Represent the Brand towards the customers and collaborate in achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the store. To induce customer purchases and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty through the provision of exceptional customer service with adequate expertise, according to the company-defined rules for excellence of client experience. Support the Store manager / Store in charge in the running of the store operations.
Les missions
- Perform daily sales work and client servicing according to company standards and guidelines.
- Complete sales, adapting the product to the needs of customers and in doing so, achieve the established sales goals with full customer satisfaction.
- Deal with customer enquiries and complaints with the manager's support.
- Follow up with customers who have purchased, recurrent customers and potential customers to develop relationships, build desire and the sensation of service, and thus pave the way for future sales.
- Maintain merchandise, the store, and all displays in top condition according to company guidelines.
- Provide to the Store Manager / Store in charge all the requests and feedbacks received from customers on the products.
- Assist Store Manager / Store in charge in all Store Operations activities, such as reporting, inventory management, stockroom management etc.
Votre profil
- Post-secondary education or Diploma holder or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience in luxury fashion industry
- Excellent cross-selling skills
- Self-motivated, mature and good team-player
- Excellent selling and clienteling skills
- Excellent in communication and story telling skills
