We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Data Business Analyst to join our Platform and Transformation team. In this role, you will lead the development of business capabilities, particularly in data entitlement and functional access management automation, while supporting Client Lifecycle Management Target Operating Model (CLM TOM) initiatives. You will drive the creation of frameworks, policies, and processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective, while managing key stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional working groups (WG) to align on and develop the capability roadmap.
- Organize and plan components necessary to deliver key aspects of data entitlement and access management.
- Define and document business requirements and establish necessary artifacts for the capability.
- Support the organization's engagement with the CLM TOM Programme.
- Conduct various testing methodologies to ensure software quality and address defects.
- Track and document defects, issues, and test results using project management tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on client onboarding and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Private Banking front office operations and business integration.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel/Power BI, and Word.
- Strong project management skills, with an understanding of change management and problem-solving frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Awareness of software development and testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
