My client is an established executive-education institution with global footprints. They are currently looking for a client Excellence Associate, to support their best-in-class executive education experience.

about the job

1. Program Support for Custom and Open Programs

• Manage a spectrum of program-related tasks, from proposal building and participant

recruitment to contracting and administrative activities, ensuring smooth execution

and client satisfaction.

1. Client Meeting Preparation

• Research and analyze client histories and recent developments to prepare for

meetings. Collaborate with clients and faculty to create tailored proposals, pitch

opportunities, and facilitate effective follow-ups.

1. Awareness Initiatives

• Lead and support initiatives to strengthen a new business / function's visibility in Asia

through media outreach, research distribution, case study development, and

interviews.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ad Hoc Support

• Coordinate with Asia office and Europe (HQ) office teams to complete ad hoc tasks,

including scheduling, communications, documentation, travel and expense

management, project timelines, and vendor coordination, offering flexible support

where needed.

skills and experience required

• 
  A degree in Business Administration, or related preferred.
  
• Experience with a client-facing role, and great communication and presentation skills would be required
• Prior knowledge of or experience with private banking / family business strongly preferred
