About the Role: Client Service Specialist, Wealth Management Singapore
As a valued member of the FSO Engage Team in Wealth Management Singapore, you'll play an essential role in supporting account maintenance and structural changes for clients. Our Client Service Specialists and Client Account Structure Change Specialists provide unparalleled service, partnering closely with Client Advisors across multiple regions to deliver an outstanding client experience. What You'll Need to Succeed

• A solid background in banking or a bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in client account management, specifically supporting Wealth Management clients and Client Advisors
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC and regulatory guidelines, particularly MAS 626
• Proficiency in UBS systems (e.g., CAWB, CBD) with a willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for working with APAC clients
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with high attention to detail and efficiency
• A team-oriented, resilient, and adaptable personality; ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards
