Sales & Business Development- Responsible for achieving direct sales targets across specified regions or product categories, involving comprehensive product knowledge and client research.
Manage sales planning and reporting activities, including pipeline development, gap analysis, forecasting, and market evaluations. Provide projections for existing or new business opportunities and brand extensions.- Build expertise in relevant areas to enhance performance, brand development, and business sustainability.
- Client Management and Service
Oversee client relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Support clients in meeting their obligations and optimizing performance.- Develop and manage a business calendar that includes sales strategies, marketing activities, and brand-building objectives. Coordinate team efforts related to client services and retail programs.
Report on key initiatives, compliance, and other essential functions related to client management.
- Licensee Obligations Monitoring
Conduct regular reviews with licensees to ensure adherence to product development and distribution plans, as well as advertising and promotion strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance retail visibility for products, fostering key retail relationships and securing optimal product placement.
Develop and implement a marketing calendar and utilize approved materials to support product promotion at retail.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payment of fees and submission of royalty reports by licensees.
