You're probably:

  • Degree educated
  • Working inhouse in executive search/TA, leading client relationships within an executive search firm or a client/sales leader in a B2B services company
  • Outgoing, sophisticated, positive and socially engaged
  • Business savvy and able to quickly build rapport with others (especially your clients!)
  • Highly organised, a quick learner and able to come up with creative solutions
  • On a mission to rapidly accelerate your career and build a platform with a host of future opportunities

You're probably not:

  • Looking for a role that has very defined parameters and a static set of tasks
  • Lacking in a sense of humour and humility
