You're probably:
- Degree educated
- Working inhouse in executive search/TA, leading client relationships within an executive search firm or a client/sales leader in a B2B services company
- Outgoing, sophisticated, positive and socially engaged
- Business savvy and able to quickly build rapport with others (especially your clients!)
- Highly organised, a quick learner and able to come up with creative solutions
- On a mission to rapidly accelerate your career and build a platform with a host of future opportunities
You're probably not:
- Looking for a role that has very defined parameters and a static set of tasks
- Lacking in a sense of humour and humility
