YOU ARE

An expert negotiator, detail-oriented person with extensive experience in managing strict deadlines. You also possess great interpersonal skills with knowledge, skills, and experience in:

  • Consultative Sales or Customer management with an emphasis on account revenue growth working with Financial Service Industry clients.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment; self-driven and highly motivated to excel
  • Cooperating with multi-cultural and geographically disbursed teams (including the delivery team)
  • Building a trusted rapport with clients, influencing decision making, and working across executive and operational levels on the IT and Business side
  • Tracking multiple Customers and managing the legal processes (i.e., contract renewals, negotiations, NDA, etc.)
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices
  • IT Consulting and software development terms and concepts

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Strong IT services provider to upsell high-value software development services.
  • Senior level executives, sales managers, technical managers, and others who make or influence sales decisions.
  • Clients to partner in building strategies to overcome their business challenges and achieve their business goals.
  • Different internal departments (marketing team, legal team, delivery team, centers of excellence) to gain the knowledge of key competitors and SoftServe's key differentiation pints and advantages.

TOGETHER WE WILL

  • Create a strategy to address clients business needs, identifying add-on business opportunities
  • Conduct QBRs and share project outcomes and recommend process improvements
  • Work directly with clients to address problems or overcome other obstacles
  • Communicate and listen to clients to better understand their personal challenges and needs
  • Demonstrate to clients how SoftServe's services work and help them meet their objectives and benefit their business
  • Generate a list of opportunities for the next deals. For each opportunity understand business dial essentials: business needs to satisfy, budget, and plan milestones
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's internal network to include decision makers, decision process, budgeting/procurement, understanding their reasons
  • Make sure the business value prop is clearly defined and addresses how stakeholders achieve their goals
  • Consistently work to ensure client satisfaction (NPS)
  • Successfully and effectively cooperate with the Delivery team
