Collaborate closely with Retail Teams to deliver Client Centric strategies & actions plan in attaining a high level of Client Retention & Acquisition Rate.
Support CE Manager in analysing past results to plan and strategise Client Engagement programmes.
Assist CE Manager and work closely with Retail team in recruitment and cultivation of new clients.
Effective management of CE activations and/or initiatives.
Management of brand experiences (if any) responsible for liaising with retail team in executing In-Store OTO appointments.
Work closely with PR & Communications team in delivering client experiences/recognition activations/initiatives.
Key Requirements
Undergraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related discipline.
Exposure in MS Office applications
Disciplined, well-presented with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Resourceful, results oriented and a good team player
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines well
