Client Relationship Manager, Employee Benefits

This position sits in the SME team where you will build excellent relationships with your assigned portfolio of globally or regionally appointed corporate clients and deliver service within / exceeding clients expectations.

We Will Count On You To
- Help prepare and implement business plans and goals.
- Build long-term relationships with key client decision makers.
- Monitor changes within client organizations to preserve and protect the Company's relationship with clients.
- Manage all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients.
- Identify revenue generation, growth, and other opportunities.
- Document successful account retention and defense strategies.
- Assist claims personnel in negotiating equitable claim settlements.
- Develop working relationships with insurers.
- Stay updated on new technical and product developments in the insurance industry.
What You Need To Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of working experience in Employee Benefits segment in Broking/Insurance industry.
- Strong domain knowledge, and client management experience in health and benefits consulting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Analytical, critical thinking, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- MAS qualification is required for this role.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- General knowledge of Compensation & Benefit practices (employee benefit underwriting, health care management, flexible benefits, and alternative funding).
