Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries through various channels, including walk-ins, phone calls, and emails, providing accurate and timely assistance.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices with companies and businesses to secure deals.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure prompt payment and resolve any payment-related issues.
- Deliver professional and courteous after-sales support, maintaining and enhancing positive relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with management to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Confident in speaking English proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- At least 3 months of working experience in any field, including internships (customer service or client-facing roles are a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
