We are seeking a Client Service Analyst who will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients. This role is integral to our commitment to provide our clients with unrivalled support and solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, superior time management abilities, and a knack for juggling multiple tasks with grace and efficiency.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing empathetic and effective assistance.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate support level, ensuring client concerns are addressed.
Accurately track, route, and redirect problems to the correct resources.- Maintain comprehensive customer data and produce insightful activity reports.
Guide customers through problem-solving processes with patience and understanding.
- Follow up with customers, provide thoughtful feedback, and ensure problems are fully resolved.
Keep meticulous records and document all customer service actions and discussions.- Gather meaningful metrics and generate detailed reports on client satisfaction, and the number of new, open, and resolved issues.
A degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a relevant domain.- Proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.- A team player who can effectively coordinate with various departments.
Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
