Client Service Coordinator (Animal Clinic) - 4 days work week - Buona Vista

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone lines & directing calls
• Scheduling appointments and communicating booking requirements to clients
• Communicating patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff
• Finalising invoices, processing payment, and balancing the till
• Dispensing medication
• Perform various ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of Customer Service (customer-facing) experience.
• Have a love for animals.
• Comfortable to handle all kind of animals.
• Enjoy interacting with people and animals.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Able to commit shiftwork according to operational needs.
