A dynamic person with positive attitude, who can perform under pressure and who has an inquisitive mind to want to find out the rationale rather than just accepting things as they are.
As an integral part of the Singapore Wealth Retail Sales team, the Client Service Executive works closely with the Client Managers to bring Schroders products and solutions to our clients.
What youll do
Client service and sales support providing a regular summary of specific funds including market updates and performance for distributors, extraction of information on products and to update presentation materials to support the USPs
Monitor Morningstar and Bloomberg terminals for funds comparison and market analysis.
Coordination of training schedules and other logistics matters relating to fund training for distributors and seminars (training, fund launches etc.)
Acquire knowledge of the regulatory landscape plus internal risk and policy processes.
Prepare market and business reports for management updates.
Co-ordinate monthly ILP reporting for insurance clients
Ensure compliance to internal governance and risk controls processes
Conduct KYC/AML, on-going due diligence and other on-boarding documentation
Maintain database of client reporting needs and ensure robust process in place to fulfil
Interface with external and internal stakeholders on legal contracts, agreements and offering documents
Essential Skills
Recognised banking or finance university degree with 1-2 years of prior experience in asset management/funds related work preferred. Candidates with no prior experience may also be considered.
Good knowledge of mutual funds
Ability to manage projects
Meticulous, proactive and able to think creatively
Strong communication skills in writing and speaking
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and external parties of all levels
Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Powerpoint and Excel
