Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for client service AR Capital is seeking a capable Client Services Executive to support our Head of Business Development. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring all client documentation including Know Your Client documentation are in order and meet with Compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will routinely demonstrate the ability to understand client needs and identify ways to enhance and ensure client satisfaction so as to provide exceptional service and contribute to the overall success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding and Relationship Management: Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, providing them with a seamless experience. Post onboarding, to build and maintain relationships with clients and assist in follow-up communications.
- Account Management: Monitor client accounts to ensure the timely delivery of services. Handle day-to-day client queries, resolving issues and providing solutions to optimize client satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant client information, ensuring accurate records of interactions and transaction activity.
- Compliance Support: Coordinate and assist the compliance team with the collation of documents for KYC for onboarding and periodic reviews.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with Business Development Manager to prepare pitch materials, presentations, and proposals for existing and prospective clients.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating client events and webinars.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services and investment strategy and effectively communicate such views and convictions to clients.
- Market Research and Analysis: Assist Business Development Manager in conducting research on market trends, competitors, and potential clients in the asset management sector to identify new business opportunities.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and asset management products to support the team and speak confidently about our offerings.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, client services or a related role within finance or asset management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage professionally with clients and team members.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interest in the financial services industry.
