Client Success Partner, your earnings are directly tied to your ability to acquire and manage clients, without restrictions. This

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing client expectations, and collaborating with our internal recruitment team to deliver top-quality talent. If you are passionate about

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with new clients across various industries, developing strong partnerships to fulfill their hiring needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the recruitment process and beyond.
- Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Sourcing Partner to ensure smooth candidate placement.
- Performance & Growth: Set and achieve personal targets for client acquisition and retention, driving your success.
Qualifications
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is required.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally in recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet goals in a remote, commission-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
