Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Cargo & Container Leasing
Position Title: Client Support Representative
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday
- 30 AM 5.30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Coordinate and communicate with the Regional Sales Manager about existing clients and prospects in such a way as to ensure optimal support, both internally and externally.- Provide information by telephone to clients about business opportunities and lease options.
Assist with providing rate indications to customers as support in such a way as to ensure the timely and proper provision of proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of lease proposals for potential customers.
Draft proposals and apply the predetermined price structure, providing an explanation upon request.- Prepare and send lease contracts for tank containers to existing clients within the scope of agreed framework contracts, and process accepted proposals in the system.
Maintain proper document lings - hardcopy contracts, lease amendments, related documents, etc.
- Compile the Exposure Reports, Bi-weekly Off-hire Forecast Summary, and monthly activity report.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Diploma in Engineering, Administration, Facility Management or equivalent- Has a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience
Prior working experience in the tank container industry would be an added advantage
