- Position Title: Client Support Representative
- Working Location: Bugis
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with the Regional Sales Manager about existing clients and prospects in such a way as to ensure optimal support, both internally and externally.
- Provide information by telephone to clients about business opportunities and lease options.
- Assist with providing rate indications to customers as support in such a way as to ensure the timely and proper provision of proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of lease proposals for potential customers.
- Draft proposals and apply the predetermined price structure, providing an explanation upon request.
- Prepare and send lease contracts for tank containers to existing clients within the scope of agreed framework contracts, and process accepted proposals in the system.
- Maintain proper document lings - hardcopy contracts, lease amendments, related documents, etc.
- Compile the Exposure Reports, Bi-weekly Off-hire Forecast Summary, and monthly activity report.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Diploma in Engineering, Administration, Facility Management or equivalent
- Has a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Prior working experience in the tank container industry would be an added advantage
