Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk tasks, including patient registration, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
  • Process patient check-ins, check-outs, and payments.
  • Maintain and update patient records and clinic documentation.
  • Ensure the clinic is clean and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Assist doctors and nurses during examinations and procedures.
  • Perform basic patient care and provide information about treatments.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports and ordering supplies.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or doctors

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
  • Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and detail-oriented.
