Job Scope:

As a Clinical Assistant at J Medical, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

1 Registering Patients

2 Taking Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, and Temperature Measurements

3 Screening for Presenting Complaints

4 Assessing Eligibility for Government Subsidies (SFL/HSG/CHAS/PG/MG/Medisave/Flexi/TPA/Insurance), performing claims and updating patient profiles accordingly

5 Classifying Patients into Acute vs. Chronic vs. Surgical OR Short vs. Long Consultations

6 Performing ECGs

7 Dispensing Medications and Providing Counseling

8 Collecting Payments

9 Managing Patients Expectations On-Site

Dispatching Blood Tests

Familiarizing Yourself with Medications and Equipment Locations
