Job Description
- Scheduling of appointments, sending appointment reminders
- Assist patients with registrations, billings and insurance claims
- Dispensing of medications
- Financial counselling
- Processing, finalising invoices & cashiering duties
- Assist in procedures
- Restocking and preparing all materials in procedure rooms
- Assist in any other clinic-related matters as required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least N Level
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Work proactively within a team of staff
- Confident and fluent in English
- Computer Literacy is required
- Responsible, dependable, punctual
- Willingness to learn and grow in a clinic environment
- Previous experience in a private specialist clinic setting is preferred
