Responsibilities:
. Perform frontline operations that include (but not limited to) registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, dispensing of medication and cashier duties. - Attend to walk-in patients and answer phone enquiries.
. Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients.
. Support doctors in language translation when needed.
. Proper maintenance of patients records and keeping count of drug inventory.
. Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image.
. Strict adherence to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic.
. Responsible for daily operations matters and it includes collating & compiling patient management indicators.
. Support in the submission of medical reports and claims (TPA/CHAS/Medisave).
. Assist in coverage of other facilities when required due to lack of manpower.
Requirements:
. Minimum GCE N Levels, Diploma Holders preferred.
. Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage.
. Ability to speak in multiple languages will be beneficial.
. Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy.
. Detail and service-oriented.
. Able to work 44 hours (5.5 days) a week, including weekends and public holidays.
. Able to travel down to various clinics across Singapore.
. Comfortable with working independently or in a team with a fast-paced environment.
