You will be working for a private clinic located at Novena, specialising in General Surgery.
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri: 9am to 5pm
- Sat: 9am to 1pm
Job Description:
- Deliver exceptional frontline customer service.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient registration.
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Process medical insurance claims, issue tax invoices, and manage payment collections.
- Perform administrative and clinical tasks, assist with simple procedures, and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a private clinic setting
- Proficient in medical insurance processing.
- Tech-savvy.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of planning and multitasking effectively.
- Possesses a positive work attitude and a willingness to learn.
