1. Register and schedule appointments for patients.
2. Answer enquiries from patients.
3. Handle incoming calls.
4. Prepare case notes and other required forms.
5. Ensure clinic facility is in good order.
6. Provide other day-to-day administrative and clinical support for the clinic as assigned by the supervising head (e.g. handling laundry, purchase refreshment & stationery).
7. Billing - raise invoices and collect payments.
8. Claims - prepare and submit claims (e.g. Medisave / insurance claims).
9. Upkeep the pharmacy - order drugs and manage inventory.
Requirements:
1. Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage as the job to requires communication with Mandarin-speaking patients.
2. Minimum GCE O level with relevant experience in the healthcare Industry.
3. Customer service orientation with a pleasant disposition.
4. Be able to deal sensitively to the needs of patients from different cultural, environmental and social backgrounds.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Good computer skills.
8. Passionate in learning and sharing knowledge, skills, insights, experience and best practices.
9. Discipline in building effective work system/flow and possess high personal integrity.
