Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Clinic Assistant located in Parkway East Hospital. Our client provided health and wellness service.You are responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. This includes managing appointment bookings and efficiently registering both new and returning patients. Additionally, you'll be responsible for answering phone calls, providing information, and resolving queries. Handling insurance claims, preparing invoices, and collecting payments are also key tasks. Alongside these, you will perform various administrative tasks, assist with clinical duties, and carry out simple procedures as needed. Furthermore, you'll undertake additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the medical facility.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in medical insurance processing
• IT savvy
• Proficiency in managing insurance claims is particularly valued.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within a clinical environment
