- Greeting patients, schedule appointments, and handle queries and complaints through phone, email, or other forms of correspondence.
- Ensure a high standard of patient care at the clinic
- Oversee office supplies including dental products, stationery, equipment, and furniture.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, addressing and resolving issues by coordinating with relevant vendors or departments.
- Submit claims through CHAS, Medisave, and Dental Insurance portals.
- Maintain clinic records, complete necessary forms, and file reports in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the similar industry.
- Well-versed in MS Office Applications would be preferred.
- Immediate starter is a plus
