JOB DESCRIPTION- Reception Duties and Patient Management
Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries.
- New patient registration, update of patient information, and verification of insurance coverage.
Schedule and manage appointments.
Maintain and organize patient records, including medical history, personal information, and billing details.- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of medical records and other administrative documents.
Assist in handling patient billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers or specialists as necessary.
Coordinate and schedule diagnostic tests, surgeries, or medical procedures for patients.- Collaborate with external parties such as laboratories, pharmacies, and insurance companies, as necessary.
Manage and stock office supplies, maintain inventory, and place orders when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, waiting room, and administrative areas.
Follow proper infection control protocols and assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Provide basic information to patients about clinic procedures and available services.- Prepare examination rooms, ensure cleanliness, proper equipment setup, and availability of supplies.
Assist doctor during patient examinations or minor medical procedures.
Minimum GCE O Levels
- Prior clinic experience will be an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills Good working knowledge of Plato will be a plus

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
