Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations and nursing functions.
• Handle phone call/email enquires in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist doctor during consultations/surgeries and undertake scrub duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Observe strict infection control practices in the care of patients.
• Perform general nursing procedures including injections, dressing and dispensing of medication.
• Liaise with clinic administrative staff to arrange for renewal of government licenses, including clinic license, insurance, NEA & HSA.
• Inventory management.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and local government bodies whenever necessary.
• Perform ward rounds to ensure continuity of patient care and follow through of treatment plans.
• Provide patient education and counselling.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by the Medical Director and/or Specialist Surgeon.

Requirements

• 5.5 days work week.
• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised, meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel between clinics/medical centres/hospitals.
